Started your book yesterday afternoon and finished this afternoon. I truley enjoyed your book and it sure was alot of food for thought. I truely can say I have been trying to show more love and leave the judging to the judge. I am so Thankful that God is my judge and your book should make everyone stop and think. I hope everyone can look at theirself and ask how we would feel if we were in your shoes. I just wanted to say that it was a privilege to let you tell some of my story. This book gives great insight into this cult that we were raised in and Shari's personal journey that was very close to what the rest of us lived. There are so many stories that she could have told if she was looking to write a book full of scandal. But instead she wrote from a place of love. She is proof that you can tell your story and do it out of love. I hope that one day I will have half the compassion she does. I read this book in 2 nights because I couldn't put it down. She tells some of my story and she does it with such class and concern for everyone involved. I can't think of anyone else I would have trusted with such a painful part of my past.
